Job summary

Cotality in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior Professional, Global Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll for employees worldwide, including timekeeping, tax elections, and regulatory compliance. The role partners with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.

This hybrid position requires two in-office days (Mondays and Wednesdays) at the Irvine office, with strong Excel skills and experience with Workday/Dayforce/ADP. CPP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience with multi-state or global exposure.
• Experience with Workday, ADP, Dayforce or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and payroll reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate payroll for employees globally, including salaried, hourly, and expatriate populations.
• Review time and attendance data and ensure accuracy in payroll systems.
• Administer payroll changes (new hires, terminations, changes, tax elections).
• Validate earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and other payroll charges.
• Ensure payrolls are processed on schedule per calendars.
