Job summary

Dialpad seeks a Sr. Payroll Analyst to own end-to-end US and international payroll processing, reconciliations, and GL accounting. You’ll partner with vendors, People Operations, Finance, and Treasury to streamline payroll workflows and ensure accurate reporting.

Based in Austin, Tempe, or San Ramon, you’ll implement process improvements, multi-country tax compliance, and system integrations while supporting year-end activities and audits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of direct payroll experience processing US multi-state and Canadian payroll.
• HRIS experience required; Workday preferred.
• Experience with accounting, tax, and finance concepts related to payroll.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end US and international payroll processing and reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and People Operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and process improvements.
