Requirements include 8+ years of experience and a Juris Doctorate, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to interpret federal and state consumer financial laws and data privacy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in-house or at a law firm focusing on product or regulatory counseling in finance/FinTech.
• Strong ability to provide concise, business-focused legal advice on federal/state consumer financial laws and data privacy.
• Experience advising on international markets and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, pragmatic legal guidance to enable business strategy while managing risk.
• Partner with product, sales, and regional partners to govern product design and disclosures.
• Support compliance with consumer financial and data privacy regulations across the Americas.
