Job summary

Agenus is seeking a Vice President, Global Clinical Development in Lexington, MA to lead the BOT+BAL immunotherapy program. You will shape global development strategy, drive registrational plans, and translate clinical data into executable decisions.

This hands-on leader will collaborate with Regulatory, Translational Medicine, and Clinical Operations to accelerate cancer therapies. The role requires MD-level credentials with 12+ years in oncology drug development, strong communication with

Qualifications

MD or international equivalent with extensive oncology clinical development experience.
Experience leading global programs from early development through registrational studies.
Strong background in immuno-oncology and regulatory interactions.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and medical leadership for BOT+BAL clinical development.
Shape registrational strategy and integrate data to guide decisions.
Lead cross-functional teams across Regulatory, Translational Medicine, and Clinical Operations.
Represent Agenus with health authorities and key stakeholders.
Mentor and develop clinical leaders within a lean organization.
