Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Partner to deliver thoughtful, compliant mobility experiences for candidates and employees. This senior IC role reports to the Global Mobility Lead and expands as programs mature, driving improvements and scalable workflows.

You will own end-to-end immigration and mobility matters, advise stakeholders on options, and manage relationships with counsel and providers while maintaining data accuracy and policy adherence.

Role Overview

Harvey is growing quickly across geographies, legal entities, and ways of working, increasing both the volume and complexity of how our people move. We’re looking for a Senior Global Mobility Partner to help deliver a thoughtful, compliant, and business-aligned mobility experience for candidates and employees.

This role reports directly to the Global Mobility Lead and will be the first additional member of the function. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll bring the expertise and judgment to move complex matters forward while knowing when to engage the right internal or external partners.

Working closely with the Global Mobility Lead, you’ll help strengthen the processes, infrastructure, and vendor relationships that underpin our mobility programs. You’ll have meaningful autonomy to identify gaps, lead improvements, and turn recurring needs into scalable ways of working. As our programs mature, your scope will expand beyond case delivery to include ownership of broader mobility programs, while remaining close to the work and the people we support.

What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end delivery of immigration and mobility matters across sponsorship, relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel.

• Lead the company-side strategy and delivery for complex U.S. immigration matters in partnership with outside counsel, independently assessing options, risks, timing, and next steps.

• Advise candidates, employees, managers, Recruiting, People Business Partners, and business leaders on mobility options and tradeoffs, engaging Legal, Tax, Payroll, Total Rewards, or local experts when needed.

• Manage relationships with immigration counsel, tax advisors, relocation providers, and other mobility partners, holding them accountable for service, quality, and employee experience.

• Build and improve the workflows, playbooks, communications, reporting, and self-service resources that make mobility easier to navigate and enable Recruiting and the People team to handle routine questions themselves.

• Maintain accurate work authorization and mobility data, support applicable immigration, right-to-work, and audit-readiness requirements, and apply our sponsorship and mobility policies consistently — surfacing exceptions and escalations with a clear recommendation.

• Guide candidates and employees through complex and often stressful situations with clarity, responsiveness, discretion, and empathy.

What You Have

5–8 years of progressive global mobility experience, including meaningful experience in an in-house corporate mobility role.

• Deep, practical knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration, with the ability to independently assess options, pressure-test outside counsel’s recommendations, and translate legal advice into clear business guidance.

• Demonstrated experience operating as a trusted mobility advisor to employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.

• Experience across the broader mobility lifecycle, including relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel, with a holistic understanding of how these matters intersect.

• Working knowledge of the tax, compensation, payroll, benefits, equity, and employment considerations surrounding cross-border moves, together with the judgment to identify risks and engage the right specialists.

• Experience independently managing a portfolio of complex, time-sensitive matters and exercising sound judgment with incomplete information.

• Experience managing outside counsel and mobility vendors, setting clear expectations, driving service quality, and improving operations through documentation, automation, AI-enabled tools, or reporting.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility, influence decisions, and explain requirements clearly and empathetically.

• A collaborative, hands-on approach and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities, programs, and ways of working continue to evolve.

Nice to Have

• Experience coordinating employment-based immigration matters outside the United States through local counsel, with direct knowledge of immigration requirements in one or more additional regions.

• Experience helping build or scale mobility programs in a high-growth, globally expanding company.

Compensation$100,500 - $138,200 USD
