Job summary

Paramount Pictures in Los Angeles is seeking a Media Operations Senior Manager to lead the Editorial Post Production Operations (EPPO) Media Management & Archives team, owning media infrastructure, access controls, and workflow decisions for high-volume, multi-brand production across Paramount's global ecosystem.

Based in LA, you will set storage and archive policy, provision and audit access, manage vendor tools, and coordinate with production, editorial, engineering, and network teams while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in media management, post-production ops, or media infrastructure roles.
• Experience managing storage systems and access provisioning in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of editorial workflows and editing platforms (Avid, Premiere, Resolve).
• Experience with cloud storage and enterprise file transfer systems (Signiant, Aspera).
• Understanding of live/near-live ingest workflows and streaming.
• Ability to make operational decisions balancing client needs.
• Cross-functional communication across brands, productions and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and support on-site workflows, including off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Own storage and archive strategy for on-prem and cloud environments.
• Provision and audit access to media environments; manage restricted vs open access.
• Set up live and near-live production and streaming workflows and troubleshoot.
• Coordinate media transfer and delivery with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage media tech vendors and guide shared services/tools usage.
• Serve as first point of contact for cross-brand media needs and archiving.
• Maintain reference data and workflow documentation; manage a team of coordinators.
