• Senior, operations-focused Business Analyst background.
• Global Markets, trading, and middle-office experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and banking operations.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to translate needs into requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Markets, trading, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to understand needs.
• Analyze end-to-end middle-office processes, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, challenge, and refine detailed business and functional requirements.
• Understand trades and related activity flow through the organization and interactions between functions.
• Translate complex needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Engage stakeholders to uncover underlying business problems beyond surface requests.
• Deliver high-quality analysis and documentation within timelines and SLAs.
• Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups in a collaborative environment.
