• Experience in Global Markets, trading, middle-office or related capital-markets environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Markets, trading, operations, compliance, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and operational challenges.
• Analyze end-to-end middle-office processes, identify risks, gaps, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, challenge, and refine detailed business and functional requirements.
• Understand how trades flow through the organization and interact with different functions.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
