Mindlance is seeking a senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of financial services experience in Global Markets and middle-office operations. The role focuses on analyzing end-to-end processes, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and partnering with stakeholders across CIB, trading, and compliance.

The position is a 12-month contract in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).

Competenze

• 10+ years of financial services experience.
• Strong BA experience within Global Markets, trading, middle-office operations, or capital markets.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle processes and banking operations.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and requirements documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and address complex business problems beyond technology.

• Partner with Global Markets, trading, middle-office, operations, and compliance stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
• Analyze end-to-end trade lifecycle processes, identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
