Job summary

Forj Medical is seeking a Senior Program Manager to build and lead its manufacturing transfer portfolio. This foundational role coordinates production line transfers, site moves, and decommissioning, including international transfers to Costa Rica and beyond.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a B.S. or M.S. in a technical/engineering field with strong program management capabilities.
• 8+ years of PM experience in medical device manufacturing or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead production line and site transfers, including multi-facility moves.
• Experience building and managing complex project plans in MS Project/Planner.
• Strong regulatory and quality systems understanding (FDA ISO 13485).
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build the transfer program function from the ground up with standard methods and governance.
• Lead multiple concurrent transfer programs end-to-end across sites and regions.
• Develop and own detailed program plans with schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Direct program execution with focus on schedule, budget, scope, and risk management.
• Coordinate with Costa Rica site and other international venues, across time zones.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure clear roles and responsibilities.
• Report status, risks, and recommendations to Operations leadership.
• Partner with customer-facing PMO to align with commitments.
• Continuously improve transfer processes and future-state structure.
