Zusammenfassung

Forj Medical is seeking a Program Manager to lead project teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget product execution and strong customer satisfaction. You will be the day-to-day customer contact and coordinate internal teams, including Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs.

You will manage programs with varied scope in a matrix environment, interfacing with engineers and leadership. A technical degree and MS Project proficiency are essential; PMP is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• PM with 5–10 years in customer-facing product development.
• Experience with electronics-based medical device technology and development cycles in software/mechanical/electrical disciplines.
• Experience managing medium-scale projects and budgets.

• Lead and develop estimates and proposals for new business opportunities and for follow-on work with existing customers.
• Manage customer interactions and expectations; negotiate scope/cost changes and billing disputes.
• Develop and maintain program plans and communicate status to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate program activities across functions; manage schedule, budget, milestones and scope changes.
• Guide teams through life cycle phases with cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage 2–5 active programs across multiple customers and projects.
• Identify risks, issues, and maintain program quality.
• Drive continual process improvements in product development processes.
