Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Senior Logistics Sourcing Manager to lead global logistics sourcing strategy and own the logistics supplier base. The role drives network optimization, supplier governance, and end-to-end lifecycle management to deliver measurable value.

The candidate should have 7+ years in sourcing/procurement, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sourcing/procurement with measurable savings/value.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders across a global organization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using procurement systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the logistics supplier ecosystem, including supplier strategy, performance management, and continuous improvement.
• Establish supplier governance routines, KPIs, and executive-ready reporting to drive service, cost, and risk outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure supplier decisions support business priorities and operational requirements.
• Drive network optimization initiatives focused on efficiency, resilience, scalability, and cost structure.
• Strengthen continuity and risk mitigation through supplier segmentation, contingency planning, and performance levers.
• Balance strategic sourcing with operational execution—translating sourcing decisions into measurable service improvement.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities across logistics services.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies that deliver sustainable value and improved supplier performance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align sourcing plans accordingly.
• Lead complex negotiations and ensure contracts deliver value, compliance, and risk protections.
