Drive network optimization initiatives focused on efficiency, resilience, scalability, and cost structure.

Position Overview: onsemi is seeking a Senior Logistics Sourcing Manager to lead global logistics sourcing strategy and take end-to-end ownership of the logistics supplier base. This is a senior role responsible for strengthening supplier performance, driving network optimization, and ensuring operational continuity while delivering measurable value through disciplined sourcing and contract lifecycle management. The role requires a procurement leader with strong operational acumen who can influence stakeholders, lead through ambiguity, and elevate how the logistics function operates globally.

Develop and enforce procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Drive process efficiency and modernization through analytics, systems, and digital procurement tools.
Promote responsible and sustainable sourcing practices aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in sourcing/procurement, with demonstrated success managing suppliers and delivering measurable savings/value.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and influence outcomes across a global organization.
Strong analytical skills and experience using procurement systems and digital tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.

Nice-to-Have:

MBA or master’s degree.
CPSM, CSCP, or similar procurement certification.
Experience in semiconductor, automotive, industrial, or high-tech industries.
Global sourcing experience, including cross-regional supplier management and familiarity with logistics/brokerage concepts.
Familiarity with AI-driven procurement, automation technologies, and contract intelligence tools.
