Job summary

Noatum Logistics is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex logistics and transportation programs, including project cargo movements and new business implementations. You will act as the primary client contact, driving on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating across Operations, Finance, and Business Development.

The ideal candidate has extensive project logistics experience, strong leadership, and a track record of improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related field required.
10+ years managing complex cross-functional projects in logistics or transport.
Proficient in PMP/PMBOK principles and project controls.
Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex logistics projects from initiation to completion.
Define scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and implementation plans.
Serve as primary client contact for updates, risk management, and communications.
Manage project financial performance including cost tracking and profitability.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, BD, and Providers.
