Moog Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead global sourcing strategies and end-to-end supplier lifecycle management for the Commercial Aircraft Group and ISC organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of global supply chain, strategic sourcing, and leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing complex supplier contracts and LTAs.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain network design, supplier development, strategic sourcing, and risk management.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate within a global, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed organization.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of international trade, import/export compliance, and global regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across assigned commodity groups.
• Lead supplier selection activities, including single-source and multi-source approaches.
• Identify and develop suppliers for a high-performing supply chain network.
• Establish and manage supplier relationships and performance objectives.
• Partner with global teams to analyze supply and demand trends and drive improvements.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and long-term agreements with Contracts/Legal.
• Oversee supplier participation in New Product Introduction activities.
• Mentor and develop a global Strategic Sourcing team.
• Support regional/site teams with supplier relationship management and contract administration.
