Black & Veatch is seeking an Engineering-focused Senior Logistics Operations Analyst to manage complex logistics for EPC projects across domestic and international shipments. You will support project teams, negotiate with service providers, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strict compliance with maritime, air, and dangerous goods regulations.

The role requires significant experience in logistics, incoterms, and coordination with procurement, legal, insurance, and engineering teams

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Technical, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Pre-employment checks may include background, drug screen, and driving record where required.

Responsibilities

• Execute domestic and international ground, ocean, and air shipments.
• Coordinate with service providers to support projects.
• Develop detailed logistics plans for proposals and projects.
• Review freight forwarder invoices for accuracy and payables.
• Ensure compliance with US Customs, export controls and sanctions.
• Prepare shipping documents and incoterms-based paperwork.
• Maintain shipping records and project documentation.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, legal, and insurance teams.
