Qualifications

• 5+ years managing multiple large projects
• 5+ years maintenance or engineering experience
• 3+ years in MHE or automation environments
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams through launch readiness and go-live phases
• Strong technical background in automated or non-automated material handling equipment
• Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent Amazon RME experience
