Job summary

Global Labs is seeking an experienced Sr. Network Engineer to maintain and improve our lab and enterprise network infrastructure. You will support engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams across physical and virtual environments.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, lead infrastructure projects, and mentor junior team members. Strong TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall, and wireless networking knowledge with Cisco/ RU CKS experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in networking, data centre, lab, or IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and wireless networking.
• Experience with Cisco and/or RUCKUS technologies.
• Familiarity with VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, or KVM environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Network+, etc.) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve network infrastructure across lab environments and enterprise test beds.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and support customer demonstrations and POCs.
• Lead infrastructure projects and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior team members to build skills and knowledge.
