Job summary

Global Labs is seeking an experienced Sr. Network Engineer to maintain and improve our lab and enterprise network infrastructure. You will support engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams across physical and virtual environments.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, lead infrastructure projects, and mentor junior team members. Strong TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall, and wireless networking knowledge with Cisco/ RU CKS experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in networking, data centre, lab, or IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and wireless networking.
• Experience with Cisco and/or RUCKUS technologies.
• Familiarity with VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, or KVM environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Network+, etc.) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving network infrastructure, including switching, routing, firewalls, wireless networks, remote access solutions, and lab connectivity.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex network issues, support customer demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments, lead infrastructure projects, and mentor junior team members.
