Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst of Inventory Operations to join our onsite team in the United States. You will maintain inventory reconciliation between Stryker ERP and 3PL WMS systems, troubleshoot variances, perform cycle counts, and support other inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, distribution or transportation.
• NetSuite experience.
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management or cycle counting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellence communication skills.
• Microsoft skills, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory reconciliation between Stryker ERP and relevant 3PL WMS system(s).
• Troubleshoot and resolve variances, cycle counting, and support other inventory control processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate stock levels are represented across systems.
• Lead efforts to maintain optimal inventory turnover, reduce costs, and support the company's growth objectives.
• Work with IT and finance to establish best practices for inventory variance measurement, monitoring, and correction.
• Monitor daily transactions between WMS and ERP (e.g. NetSuite) to identify transaction fallout rates.
• Support lead/lag metrics for measuring inventory accuracy at operational and executive levels.
• Support roadmap for deploying best practices across global distribution network.
• Ensure inventory cycle count process ensures physical counts and end-to-end adjustments.
• Identify expired, damaged, and obsolete inventory levels and drive appropriate action with partners.
• Track key metrics for inventory accuracy and adjustments.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of work-instructions and processes.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inventory adjustments.
