Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience with Bachelor’s, 10+ with a Master’s, or 7+ with a PhD.
• Experience with NRO/NGA-CEO related strategy and priorities.
• Proficiency with DoD/IC space sponsors and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop international intelligence strategy for NGA, NSP, NSA programs.
• Lead cross-functional MITRE teams to build capability roadmaps and engagement plans.
• Translate sponsor priorities into measurable outcomes and transition paths.
• Maintain understanding of sponsor portfolios, challenges, and investments.
• Coordinate with MITRE leads to refine direction for international intelligence work.
• Ensure secure two-way information exchange respecting security and policy constraints.
• Represent MITRE in bilateral and multilateral forums and sponsor engagements.
