Job summary

Qualifications

• Typical qualification: 10 years experience with Bachelor’s or 8 years with Master’s, or PhD with 5 years’ experience.
• Ability to work with others to solve challenging technical problems.
• Ability to think critically, work in group settings, and be proactive in pursuing research and problem solving.
• Experience with analyzing raw threat intelligence from SIGINT/HUMINT/GEOINT in support of operations/analysis.
• Understanding of computer networks and the OSI model across hardware, software, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating existing methodologies and developing recommendations for improved processes, tools, analytics, and infrastructure.
• Identifying and leveraging capabilities from across MITRE to measurably increase mission impact.
• Supporting intelligence collection operations by partnering with Sponsor leaders to apply human and technological capabilities.
• Conveying technical, analytic, and organizational findings and recommendations to senior decision makers and mission partners.
