You will partner with senior leaders, translate priorities into practical people solutions, and lead through influence across regions and functions.

Qualifications

15+ years of broad HR experience in global matrix organizations.
Experience partnering with Finance and enterprise functions.
Influence senior leaders without direct authority.
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
