Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Global Security Investigator to conduct complex employee investigations involving fraud and Code of Conduct violations. You will collaborate with Legal, HR, Compliance, Audit and other teams to gather evidence and analyze cases, safeguarding the company's assets and reputation.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in financial fraud investigations, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to risk partners and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial fraud investigations.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Articulate complex fact patterns to risk partners.
• Strong background with Data Loss Prevention incidents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to brief GS management on key issues.

Responsibilities

• Gathers evidence for investigations and documents findings in the case management system.
• Works with Risk and other teams to analyze controls and recommend improvements.
• Identifies fraudulent transactions to mitigate risk.
• Flag opportunities to address fraud issues and exposures.
• Maintains relationships with federal, state, local law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
• Gathers evidence, interviews witnesses and subjects, and coordinates with law enforcement as needed.
• Conducts investigative field work.
• Safeguards highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Supports investigative teams outside North America as needed.
