Quince is seeking a Sr. Technical Designer in San Francisco to own and lead technical design and fit for their apparel category. This role focuses on managing the fit process from prototype to production and ensures that all garments meet company standards for construction and quality.

Own and lead technical design and fit for your category. Turn fit into a competitive advantage, impacting customer satisfaction, reducing returns, and driving repeat purchases. Evaluate and evolve fit standards and processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across key products. Partner with global teams, merchandising, sourcing, product development, and production.
Pay Range: $120,000 USD – $140,000 USD. All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending on experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
