Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Subject matter expertise on EAR and ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on US and non-US export control regulations including EAR/ITAR.
• Develop and maintain regulatory contacts, engagement, and risk assessment program.
• Drive innovative solutions and create requirements to enhance compliance for different exports.
• Apply export control regulations and drive continuous improvements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support public policy engagements.
• Create metrics for management reporting.
• Own leadership communications to stakeholder teams and executive leadership.
