Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate, experiential, or B2B event marketing with ownership of complex programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead events end-to-end from strategy to onsite execution and measurement.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Ignite on Tour across North America and select proprietary programs.
• Create engaging attendee experiences while establishing repeatable roadshow frameworks and program standards.
• Oversee event operations, timelines, production, logistics, onsite execution, and risk across multiple programs.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver successful programs.
• Partner with Field and Customer Marketing to drive recruitment, registration, attendance, and engagement.
