Pratt & Whitney is seeking a senior safety leader to execute a global people safety strategy and drive EH&S programs across operations, engineering, and sites worldwide.

You will coordinate safety initiatives, analyze data trends, and mentor safety professionals while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires up to 25% travel and isRemote: CT region based, with a blended work model.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Health & Safety or related technical discipline.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite to deliver data analysis and executive reporting.
• Experience with Safety Performance Reports and monthly president reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute a global people safety strategy with operations, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Lead safety programs at the global level (machine guarding, robotics, contractor safety).
• Coordinate initiatives, reports, and training across EH&S disciplines to maintain compliance.
• Influence business to drive improved safety metrics and project targets.
• Collaborate with sites globally to improve safety performance and data trends.
• Support data analytics and reporting of safety metrics and trends.
