Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Environmental, Health and Safety field with both hands on and program management experience.
• Ability to navigate and interpret EHS regulations.
• Ability to drive complex projects to completion.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
• Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the local environmental program to ensure divisional personnel implement and maintain the ongoing program in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and submit ongoing regulatory compliance documents related to various air/water/waste/regulatory programs.
• Serves as primary liaison with environmental regulators for air, water and waste, including permitting, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develops and provides training for employees locally and globally.
• Works independently, using data analysis to design solutions to environmental challenges.
• Provides day-to-day management oversight of EHS staff and supports facility operations.
