Formación

• 7+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
• Experience tailoring marketing strategies to individual countries and testing opportunities in new markets.
• Strong understanding of paid media, organic acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience running webinars, events, partnerships, or other regional marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using CRM and analytics tools to understand funnel performance and guide investment decisions.
• Ability to align sales and marketing partners around shared priorities and move work forward across teams.
• Proactive experimentation mindset with the ability to change direction when results warrant it.
• Clear written and verbal communication; languages a plus (French, Spanish, or German).

Responsabilidades

• Set regional priorities and own the international marketing plan with sales and strategy.
• Test new markets and assess demand across EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
• Coordinate campaigns by briefing global owners on regional needs and outcomes.
• Shape local messaging to adapt campaigns for international buyers.
• Drive localization of languages, pages, and content for credibility.
• Run webinars, partnerships, conferences, and regional programs.
• Partner with sales to align campaigns and improve lead quality and conversion.
• Own regional results and report on leads, signups, and downstream pipeline.
