• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-aligned solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end service architectures across space, ground, and terrestrial network domains.
• Translate customer and business requirements into detailed service designs.
• Define service models, workflows, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Product & Commercial, and Operations.
• Develop standardized service templates and design frameworks.
• Ensure performance, scalability, resilience, and security.
• Support cost modeling and business case development for new services.
• Participate in customer engagements as the technical authority.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and architectural strategy.
