Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an exceptional content marketing professional to lead content strategy for our enterprise cloud software in life sciences. You will create thought leadership, product-level, and customer content in collaboration with global marketing, strategy, and sales teams to drive awareness and conversion across channels.

The ideal candidate writes compelling, digestible content, translates complex topics into clear messaging, and manages cross-functional projects to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of content marketing and/or product marketing experience in B2B tech/enterprise software space.
• Demonstrated success leading, supporting, and executing integrated content strategy across the customer journey
• Strong portfolio of published work that demonstrates writing skills and ability to translate complex messaging into simple content
• Experience in applying SEO best practices and exploring GEO strategies
• Thinker-and-doer mindset with ability to write and edit content across formats
• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional influence
• Proven ability to build relationships across teams and levels
• Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
• Fast learner with attention to detail in fast-paced settings
• Ability to deliver and receive feedback thoughtfully
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Curiosity about life sciences
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to develop original content across formats (blogs, articles, white papers, infographics, videos).
• Drive content strategy and extend reach with multi-channel, SEO/GEO-optimized libraries.
• Build and execute content plans aligning with marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, customer, and field marketing to map content to buyer journeys.
• Quality-check messaging, grammar, and style across outputs.
• Measure content performance and optimize based on results.
• Help establish standards, processes, and tools for efficient collaboration across functions.
• Stay updated on content marketing trends and test new ideas.
