Job summary

Collectors Holdings, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA seeks a Senior Manager to lead global consolidations and external financial reporting. You will own the close process for multiple entities and ensure accurate intercompany eliminations and translation.

The role requires 8-10 years in multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation under US GAAP, plus strong Excel and ERP experience (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP). Collaboration with auditors and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8-10 years of progressive accounting with multi-entity/multi-currency consolidations.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 810, ASC 830, intercompany accounting.
Public accounting experience a plus; SEC/XBRL exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation for domestic and international entities.
Prepare intercompany eliminations, minority interest, and equity pickup entries.
Manage foreign currency translation and remeasurement per ASC 830.
Maintain ERP consolidation system (NetSuite, ERP mappings) and ownership changes.
Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury and business unit accounting to ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit requests.
Support M&A integration and purchase accounting; manage international payroll implications.
