Job summary

LHH seeks a Manager of Financial Reporting for a manufacturing company in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This on-site leadership role oversees analysis and planning for multiple locations, with a compensation range of 175–200k USD DOE plus bonus and solid benefits.

Responsibilities include month-end close, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, and presenting findings to the Executive Team and Board. CPA is required and 7–10 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 7–10+ years of experience.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with multi-location or entity consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Own financial reporting and consolidations at a global level.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Own consolidated P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasts and variance analyses.
• Analyze revenue, COGS, and margin trends.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and market/cost analyses.
• Prepare and present financial reports to Executive Team, Boards and department leaders.
