Job summary

Team Quality Services seeks an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to support financial integrity across multiple entities and currencies. You will handle general ledger management, consolidations, intercompany activity, and complex reporting in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The role requires 3–5 years progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, and strong knowledge of US GAAP. CPA preferred; international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-entity or international organization preferred.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Passport eligibility for international travel/training required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries for multiple entities in various currencies.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Perform global consolidations for monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Reconcile and eliminate intercompany balances and transactions.
• Coordinate with local teams to ensure accuracy of intercompany activity.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Assist with management reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and participate in IFRS/local accounting standards adoption as needed.
• Manage foreign currency transactions, revaluations, and translation adjustments.
• Assist with ERP system upgrades, automation, and workflow enhancements.
• Support annual external financial reviews and prepare documentation for audits.
• Promote proper work ethic and adherence to company policies.
