Job summary
Amphenol Industrial Operations seeks a Senior Product Compliance & Standards Engineer to lead global standards, coordinate certification programs, and shape testing strategies across data center, energy, EV, and industrial markets. You will partner with UL, labs, and product teams, translating requirements into design and validation plans while traveling to meet with certification partners worldwide.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in product compliance and standards.
- Experience with UL or other certification bodies and labs.
- Ability to develop global certification strategies and cross-reference standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide global technical compliance guidance from concept to lifecycle management.
- Establish global strategies for standards, deviations, and market access.
- Represent AIO in international standards committees and industry groups.
- Coordinate multi-region certification and testing programs for timely product launches.
- Develop and maintain global standards library and training materials.
