Qualifications

• 10–15 years in commercial strategy, transformation, operations, or program leadership.
• Experience coordinating global, matrixed programs and leading through influence.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience in a global biopharma or similarly complex, regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global commercial transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with global, regional, and functional leaders to set priorities and timelines.
• Identify risks and dependencies and enable timely resolution.
• Develop roadmaps, governance, and leadership updates for transformation initiatives.
