Job summary

Merck is seeking a senior Clinical Operations leader to direct operational planning and execution of one or more clinical trials within the Tulisokibart program. You will lead a global cross-functional team, coach staff, and drive governance through Sr Management presentations.

The role requires deep experience in clinical development, GCP/ICH, and strong leadership to manage multiple priorities and strategic initiatives across study teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years in pharma, clinical drug development, project management, and/or medical field experience; OR Master’s with 6+ years; OR PhD/PharmD with 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Owns operational planning, feasibility, execution and conduct of clinical trials.
• Serves as Clinical Trial Team lead and directs study planning and execution elements.
• Leads cross-functional teams; communicates with stakeholders, vendors, and country teams.
• Mentors junior team members and may manage direct/indirect reports.
