Merck & Co. is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Lead to drive operational planning and execution for one or more clinical trials in a global, cross-functional setting. You will build and coach teams, develop project management and collaboration skills, and ensure alignment with study goals.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in GCP/ICH requirements as well as vendor and stakeholder management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years in pharma, clinical drug development, project management, or medical field.
• Advanced degrees add depth: Master's (6+ years) or PhD/PharmD (2+ years).
• Experience leading clinical trials and cross-functional teams is required.
• Strong GCP/ICH knowledge and regulatory understanding is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational planning, feasibility, and execution of one or more clinical trials.
• Act as Clinical Trial Team lead and coordinate study planning and governance.
• Direct teams on study planning, issue escalation, and management reviews.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders including vendors and country teams.
• Liaise with partners/vendors and contribute to protocol input and documents.
• Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
