Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of pharmaceutical/clinical drug development experience
Master's degree with 6+ years of pharmaceutical/clinical drug development experience
PhD/PharmD with 2+ years of pharmaceutical/clinical drug development experience

Responsibilities

Lead operational planning, feasibility, execution and conduct of clinical trial(s)
Serve as the Clinical Trial Team (CTT) lead
Direct teams in study planning, development, and execution elements (operational reviews, issue escalations, governance)
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders (study team, country teams, vendors) to support trial objectives
Liaise with partners, vendors, and vendor management team
Review clinical documents for input (protocols, etc.)
Possibly serve as SME on process improvement teams
Build talent and capabilities through coaching and development; may manage reports
