Job summary

You will collaborate with global project teams, operational leaders, and client stakeholders to support consistent delivery, governance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in sciences or related field.
• 7 years of clinical or research experience with 5 years in project management preferred.
• Experience with budgets, performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Establish close working relationships with global project teams and stakeholders to ensure study delivery.
• Develop client governance structures and communicate portfolio health, risks, and actions.
• Participate in client operational committees, bid defenses, and client meetings as needed.
• Review lessons learned, budgets, KPIs, and MSAs with internal stakeholders.
• Define client standards and coordinate related training; manage changes to requirements.
• Track performance metrics and SLAs; drive process improvements and corrective actions.
• Develop communication plans and facilitate meetings and portfolio reviews.
• Support technical reviews and proposal development; promote best practices across IQVIA Laboratories.
