Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Senior General Ledger Accounting Manager in Santa Clara, CA to lead the GL function, ensuring accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.

This role oversees month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, reconciliations, and accounting process improvements to support a fast-growing public company. The position requires a CPA preferred candidate with 10+ years of accounting experience and 5+ years of people management, plus strong ERP and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience with public company exposure.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own all GL functionalities and lead close processes (month, quarter, year).
• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX controls, and policies.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Provide account fluctuation analyses and insights into balance changes.
• Support external audits and financial reporting.
• Manage AP, AR, and FA teams; build high-performing group.
• Drive remediation of control deficiencies and process gaps.
• Develop scalable accounting processes via automation and AI.
• Maintain effective cross-functional partnerships.
