Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Senior General Ledger Accounting Manager in Santa Clara, CA to lead the General Ledger function, ensure accuracy of financial reporting under US GAAP, and drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes. You will manage AP, AR, and fixed assets teams and partner with external auditors to support growth.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 10+ years public company experience, 5+ years of people management, strong Excel, and experience with Oracle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience with public company exposure.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, account reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
• Proven leadership and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of all GL functionalities
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, accruals, amortizations, allocations, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX controls, and company accounting policies.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and resolution of reconciling items.
• Prepare account fluctuation analyses and provide insights into significant balance changes.
• Support external audits and financial reporting requirements.
• Manage AP, AR, and FA team and build a high-performing team capable of supporting a rapidly growing business.
• Drive remediation of control deficiencies and process gaps.
• Develop scalable accounting processes via Automation and AI usage to support company growth.
