Mitratech is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our General Ledger team. You’ll own a meaningful portion of the month-end close, support financial reporting across a multi-entity structure, and be a key resource during the annual audit. This role sits at the intersection of technical accounting and operational execution.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience; at least 2 years in a Senior Accountant role.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a multi-entity close and M&A activity.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Own month-end close tasks end-to-end: journal entries, GL schedules, reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Contribute to monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Support the annual audit: schedules and auditor inquiries.
• Assist with M&A integration reporting and technical accounting.
• Maintain up-to-date accounting policies and SOPs.
• Drive process improvements and implement better tools and controls.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and special projects.
