Job summary

Mitratech is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our General Ledger team. You’ll own a meaningful portion of the month-end close, support financial reporting across a multi-entity structure, and be a key resource during the annual audit.

This role blends technical accounting with operational execution, applying US GAAP rigor while helping build better processes. You’ll report to the GL Manager and collaborate across Accounting and Finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a Senior Accountant role.
• CPA or CPA eligible preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close tasks end-to-end: journal entries, GL schedules, reconciliations.
• Support monthly and yearly close processes.
• Contribute to monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Assist with annual audit: schedules, auditor inquiries, documentation.
