This pivotal role focuses on financial due diligence for acquisitions and month-end close processes, aiming to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and a CPA designation is preferred. A strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and advanced Excel skills are required, alongside a dedication to continuous improvement of financial processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based industries.
• Experience with month-end close processes, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Exposure to M&A due diligence and business integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in financial due diligence for acquisition targets.
• Support month-end close, including preparation of journal entries.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes.
