Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced GIS consulting leader to guide large-scale transformation initiatives focused on network modeling, enterprise GIS platforms, and operational improvements for utility organizations.

You will partner with stakeholders, lead engagements from strategy to execution, mentor teams, and help grow the business by delivering measurable improvements in asset management, network visibility, and critical infrastructure operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading consulting engagements or large technology programs.
• Experience with utility organizations or infrastructure-focused environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, operational teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
