Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an experienced GIS consulting leader to guide large-scale transformation initiatives focused on network modeling, enterprise GIS platforms, and operational improvements. In this role you will partner with utility stakeholders, lead engagements from strategy through execution, and mentor teams while driving business growth.

You will help organizations adopt scalable geospatial technologies, govern data, and maximize the value of enterprise GIS platforms

Qualifications

• Background leading consulting engagements, technology programs, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with utility organizations or infrastructure‑focused environments.
• Knowledge of geospatial technologies and enterprise GIS platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, operational teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Strong relationship‑building, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, guide teams, and deliver results in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory: Help organizations define and execute GIS and utility modernization strategies.
• Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand operational goals and challenges.
• Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory: Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning discussions.
• Program & Project Leadership: Drive successful delivery of enterprise consulting engagements.
• Program & Project Leadership: Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Utility Network & GIS Solutions: Provide expertise in modern geospatial platforms and utility workflows.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
