Qualifications

• Has led consulting engagements or large technology programs.
• Experience with utility organizations or infrastructure projects.
• Deep knowledge of geospatial technologies and GIS platforms.
• Ability to communicate with executives, operations, and technical teams.
• Skilled at gathering requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience guiding teams and delivering results on large projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute GIS and utility modernization strategies.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning.
• Translate business goals into practical technology recommendations.
• Manage multiple engagements from planning through deployment.
• Mentor consultants and drive client satisfaction.
