Job summary
Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an experienced GIS consulting leader to guide large-scale transformation initiatives focused on network modeling, enterprise GIS platforms, and operational improvements. You will partner with utility stakeholders, lead engagements from strategy through execution, and help shape solutions that improve business performance.

Qualifications
- Background leading consulting engagements or technology programs.
- Experience with utility organizations or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of geospatial technologies and enterprise GIS platforms.
- Ability to communicate with executives, operations, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead GIS consulting engagements from strategy to execution.
- Partner with stakeholders to define goals and challenges.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning.
- Oversee program and project delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Mentor consultants and support business growth and proposals.
